We have now submitted our joint planning application with Quantum to LBRuT for the former ICL Private Ground.
Since February 2017, we have been working with Quantum and the local community to bring some amazing new publicly owned facilities to Teddington.
We asked hundreds of local residents, clubs, groups and associations what they would like to see on the 9.5 acres of land to be gifted to the community by Quantum. The feedback was really positive, and helped to shape our final plans.
Our proposals include a new pavilion with meeting rooms, a MUGA, 2 sports pitches, a public park, café, crèche, outdoor gym and fitness trail – all available for the public to use for generations to come.
We hope that many people will benefit from all of these facilities, as well as the extra care accommodation and GP surgery that are also part of the joint planning application.
A planning decision will be made by LBRuT later this year.
